After the Madagascar Edition of 100% chocolates now a new, third edition of bars with 100%. Around Cusco are many excellent cacao farmers who together with the award-winning manufacturers always conjure up great creations.
For those who have not yet tasted good, "high-proof", let alone 100% cacao, it may be a daunting idea to eat an intense and strong Chocolate. Fans of 100% cacao know that it is the purest expression of the flavor of the bean, without any added sugar, which is generally preferred by the more experienced 100% cacao connoisseurs.
