For those who haven't tried good, "high proof," let alone 100% cacao, it may be a daunting idea to eat an intense and powerful Chocolate. Fans of 100% cacao know that it is the purest expression of the flavor of the bean, without any added sugar, which is generally preferred by the more experienced 100% cacao connoisseurs.
