Raw food and organic chocolatePana Chocolate was founded in 2012 and uses only natural products : cocoa powder, pink Himalayan salt, dark agave nectar, coconut oil, coconut nectar, wild carob (locust bean gum), cinnamon and Cocoa butter.
The chocolate is:

- without milk - lactose free
- without soy - soy-free
- gluten free
- without refined sugar
Peppermint oil was used in the 60% Mint .
