Amedei No 9 - dark chocolate 75%

This chocolate is the family's "gem". The mixture perfectly reflects the philosophy of the Amedei company. Cocoa from 9 different plantations were mixed here, which were discovered and expanded over the years by Alessio Tessieri, so that they could bring back yield and an extraordinary basic product was created. From this, Cecilia created a strong and balanced dark chocolate in which the aromas of the plantations persist and make up the unmistakable taste of the chocolate.
