Tartufo Bianco Dolce - White Hazelnut Truffle Easter Edition

The white hazelnut truffles in a yellow-green Easter design with chicks are made from the best hazelnuts in the world: IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont. Most of the hazelnuts are finely ground and some are just chopped. Everything is mixed with sugar, whole milk powder and cocoa butter, formed into a long snake and then cut into bite-sized pieces and packaged.

The manufacturer of this sweet delicacy is the Antica Torroneria Piemontese, which has been run by the same family for four generations. It was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste.

Piedmont is famous for its hazelnuts, its wine and its way of life. Our Tartufo bianco dolce are a small expression of this.
