The white hazelnut truffles are made with the best hazelnuts in the world: IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont. Most of the hazelnuts are finely ground and some are just chopped. Everything is mixed with sugar, whole milk powder and cocoa butter and formed into a long snake and then I cut bite-sized pieces and packaged. In the Caramello e nocciole salate variation, the hazelnuts are first roasted and salted. Then the hazelnuts are coated with caramel and chocolate.

The producer of the sweet delicacy is the Antica Torroneria Piemontese, which is already run by the 4th generation of the family. It was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste.

The Tartufo are individually wrapped in blue wrapping paper. Sweet Fingerfood.
