These white truffles are made from pistachios . The nuts are removed from the shell, peeled and roasted. Afterwards they become delicious with white chocolate and sugar Dimensions blended, shaped, cut into bite-sized pieces and packaged.

The Antica Torroneria Piemontese is a centuries-old family business that was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste. Today it is run in the 4th generation and still attaches great importance to tradition. Piedmont is known for Italy's zest for life, delicious wines and many other regional specialties are produced here.

The Tartufo al Pistacchio are packed in green paper in a bag, ideal as a gift.

Applaus von meinen Geschmacksnerven

Eigentlich habe ich bisher nur die typische Supermarkt Schokolade gegessen. Dann bekam ich eine Auswahl der Pralinen von chocolats-de-luxe geschenkt. Jetzt schmeckt mir die "normale" Schoko nicht mehr.
Besonders angetan bin ich von den Pistazien Trüffeln.Für die Freunde von Süßem ist das hier die Krönung. Zart schmelzend und in der Komposition mit feinen Pstazienstücken ist das hier ein Meisterwerk! Verführerisch!!!
