88% Chuncho Pérou - dark chocolate

The Chuncho cacao is a noble cacao from Peru, which grows widely in the surroundings of Cusco. It is also called primitive cacao. During research Juan Carlos Motamayor discovered starch residues of cacao, which prove that cacao is already over 6,000 years old and originates from Peru and not from Mexico as previously assumed. There are cacao trees that are over 100 years old and still bear fruit. They grow undisturbed in a natural environment and bear this highly aromatic cacao.

Ara Chocolat consists of only two ingredients: Cocoa beans and raw cane sugar, nothing else.

The chocolate is: gluten-free, vegan and soy-free.

The chocolate 88% Chuncho Pérou is very mild with its high cocoa content.
