The fineness of the Greek pistachios is enhanced by the natural cocoa butter from Venezuela, giving this pistachio cream a creamy and velvety feel.
The high proportion of lightly roasted and salted pistachios (60 percent) sets this cream apart from the usual very sugary creams.
This spread consists of just 4 ingredients: 60% Greek pistachios, cane sugar, cocoa butter and a pinch of salt.
