Porcelana is one of the rarest Criollo cocoas in the world with a particularly fine aroma, grown exclusively in Venezuela in the mountains of the Sierra de Perija near Lake Maracaibo. This precious cocoa variety is naturally free from bitterness and has a remarkable roundness, which is due to the high proportion of cocoa butter in the beans.
