The cocoa for this milk chocolate comes from the rainforest of Bolivia from the Beni region in the east of the country. The cocoa beans are made from wild cocoa that grows naturally without human intervention in the rainforest. Presumably the origin of the plants goes back to the pre-Columbian times. The indigenous people are trained on the fermentation process and drying by radio. If the cocoa farmers produce good quality, they can achieve maximum prices for their cocoa.

The chocolate is lecithin-free and is produced in Santa Cruz, Bolivia's economic center by Chocolate Construction . The Bean-to-Bar chocolate is a single origin chocolate . Recently there has even been a small shop where you can buy the chocolate.
