Whole cherry without stone and stem from Piedmont

Boero cher ries are the flagship of Bodrato Cioccolato from Piedmont in Italy. These whole cherries, without stone or stem, are stored in grappa for several months before being dipped in a layer of cane sugar and then covered with dark chocolate. The sugar very slowly absorbs the alcohol and is transformed into a delicious liqueur. The process continues until all the sugar is melted and only the cherry in alcohol with chocolate coating remains. Attention: the praline is liquid filled!. These real Piedmont cherries are carefully packed individually for their own protection.
