Led by the UK organic certification body Soil Association, the Best of Organic Market (BOOM) Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the best in organic food, beverages, hospitality and innovation, as well as the pioneers in creating a more sustainable food system.
Prizes aren't just given for products that can be found in stores, as more restaurants and cafes are now using organic products with the BOOM Awards recognizing the best of these products, including the best independent retailer, the best supermarket and the best subscription program.
An independent jury made up of experts from the organic sector, food journalists, chefs and bloggers will vote on the awards. The Soil Association will also be joined by a high profile "BOOMbassador" who will be on the judging panel and host the awards ceremony in a new venue to celebrate the best organic companies in the UK.
