The cocoa variety Chuncho grows near Cuzco near Machu Picchu. It is probably one of the oldest cocoa varieties in the world. The Incas already knew cocoa and Cacaosuyo wants to preserve the legacy of the Incas with this chocolate.

The chocolate has aromas of citrus fruits, nuts and light wood notes.
