The Koroneiki olives from Crete are pressed together with fresh lemons . The essential oils of the lemons refine the aroma of the oil so that it smells wonderfully of lemons. The extra virgin olive oil is bottled into a fruity olive oil by Castello Zacro.

It goes well with fish, seafood, vegetables and of course salads.

The oil consists exclusively of one vintage of olives, nothing is added or blended.
