71% Dark Chocolate - Organic Peru Chocolate - made in Switzerland

Dark Organic Chocolate with 71% cocoa content. The cocoa beans come from its own plantations in the Alto Huayabamba valley in Peru and are processed by Felchlin in Switzerland, where Choba Choba supplies the cocoa beans and has them processed by Felchlin according to its own recipes and using its own molds. Hence the 91g bar weight. A strong dark chocolate with notes of citrus, cassis and hints of black tea.

The special thing about this Chocolate is that the cocoa farmers are co-owners of the cocoa plantations and therefore have a vested interest in good cocoa.
