Dark Organic Chocolate with 64% cocoa content. The cocoa beans come from its own plantations in the Alto Huayabamba valley in Peru and are processed by Felchlin in Switzerland, where Choba Choba supplies the cocoa beans and has them processed by Felchlin according to its own recipes and using its own molds. Hence the 91g bar weight. A lively dark chocolate with hints of raspberries, cranberries, black tea and pepper.

The special thing about this Chocolate is that the cocoa farmers are co-owners of the cocoa plantations and therefore have a vested interest in good cocoa.
