Chocolate chips for Hot Chocolate or for baking from the Choba Choba cooperative in Peru. The cocoa comes from the Huayabamba Valley in the north of Peru in the province of San Martin. Many families are involved in the project and the cocoa for this Chocolate comes from Elmer Ayala Castillo, one of the co-owners of the cooperative. You can find more information about Choba Choba under the producers.
