Dark Organic Chocolate with hazelnut and 64% cocoa. The cocoa beans come from the company's own plantations in the Alto Huayabamba valley in Peru and are processed by Felchlin in Switzerland. Choba Choba supplies the cocoa beans and has them processed at Felchlin according to its own recipes and using its own molds. Hence the 91g bar weight. The addition of hazelnuts to this lively dark chocolate creates an exquisite symphony of texture and taste.

The special thing about this Chocolate is that the cocoa farmers are co-owners of the cocoa plantations and therefore have a vested interest in good cocoa.
