Swiss Grand Cru Chocolate

Diese Bio-Schweizer Milchschokolade hat einen Kakaoanteil von 41 % und wird aus sorgfältig ausgewählten Kakaobohnen von den eigenen Farmen im Huayabamba-Tal in Peru hergestellt. Verarbeitet werden sie bei Felchlin in der Schweiz.Hierbei liefert Choba Choba die Kakaobohnen und lässt sie bei Felchlin nach eigenen Rezepturen und mit eigenen Formen verarbeiten. Daher wohl auch die 91g Tafelgewicht. Die Schokolade enthält insgesamt 22 % Schweizer Bio-Milch. Genießen Sie eine Schokolade mit einer harmonischen Mischung aus intensiven Karamellnoten, Marzipan und Blütenhonig.

Das besondere an dieser Schokolade ist, dass die Kakaobauern Mitinhaber der Kakaoplantagen sind und somit ein Höchstmaß an Interesse an gutem Kakao haben.
