A comparison of two Bean-To-Bar bars: Laura from Tobago Estate in Trinidad & Tobago and Melissa from Pralus from the Nosy Bé plantation in Madagascar

The difference: the origin of the cocoa beans. The Laura Chocolate is Trinitario cocoa beans from Duane Dove's own Tobago Estate plantation, the Melissa Criollo cocoa beans from Francois Pralus's own plantation on Nosy Bé, Madagascar.
