The cocoa for this dark chocolate comes from Paraiso in the southwest of the Dominican Republic. BhonaCao is certified Organic and is committed to making the world a better place. They donate 10% of their profits to social and environmental initiatives. For example, schools in the Dominican Republic are supported financially so that school books can be purchased.

Definite Chocolate processes the cocoa into a 90% dark chocolate with only two ingredients: Cocoa and cane sugar, nothing else. Despite the high cocoa content, the Chocolate tastes mild and has fruity and nutty notes.

The Chocolate won a silver medal at the Academy of Chocolate 2023.
