Actually it is a white Chocolate, but the color is rather beige and the taste is unusual: an exciting experience between caramelized sugar and lactic acid. The unusual smell of freshly baked, caramelized milk and unrefined sugar suggests that the Chocolate just came fresh from the oven!

Due to the extremely complicated manufacturing process, blonde Chocolate is relatively unknown. The sugar must be caramelized so gently that the milk powder does not burn. Only a few experts have mastered this process. Mészáros Gábor and his team at ChocoMe are always developing new creative ideas for their chocolates.
