The Petit 21 selection contains three flavors that have won a total of seven awards at Chocolate Awards:

  • 7 dark chocolate squares with raspberry puree filling,
  • 7 milk chocolate squares with a Piedmont hazelnut and coffee filling
  • 7 dark chocolate squares with mango filling

Valrhona 66% dark Chocolate:  The Trinitario cocoa in this Grand Cru Chocolate Caraibe comes from the Caribbean islands, where cocoa has been grown for centuries. Notes of dried fruit characterize cocoa. As Mariage de Grand Cru, it is a blend of different cocoas from the Caribbean.

Freeze-dried fruit: Freeze-drying is a unique drying process that preserves the natural quality of the fruit. By freezing the fruit and heating it slowly under reduced pressure, the moisture is removed without liquid water forming. This gentle process ensures that the fruit retains its nutrient content and valuable ingredients, resulting in an intense taste experience.
