Chuao is a village on the coast of Venezuela in the state of Aragua. The village is only accessible by boat from the sea, as the village is framed by a cliff and is located about 4 km inland. The cacao beans have never been crossed with other cacao beans and therefore may call themselves the only cacao beans in the world of specific origin. Similar to wine.

Coppeneur has processed the cocoa beans into a wonderful 80% dark chocolate. The chocolate has notes of nut, red berries, citrus and cocoa.
