Christmas chocolate made from hand-scooped dark chocolate 60% with a Christmas tree made from sugar marzipan. It is hand-painted and always looks slightly different. Definitely an all-round delicious Chocolate and a great gift.

The square bars measure 9 x 9 cm and weigh 50 g. Ideal for Santa's stocking or Christmas stockings.

The Chocolate is handmade from cocoa beans from the Suhum-Kraboa-Coaltar Districts in Ghana West Africa. The area covers around 400 square kilometers with around 2,600 small farmers who grow their cocoa on an area of 6,500 hectares. Yayra Glover comes from Ghana and studied human rights in Switzerland. He repeatedly returned to his home country as an interpreter. Cocoa is the most important export in this West African country and is heavily controlled by the Ghana Cocoa Board. He succeeded in convincing the Board of his project. His aim is to achieve better income for the population through sustainable agriculture and organic farming. Through social research activities, the welfare of farmers and their families is to be improved and they are to be given the opportunity to change their lives independently and lead their own lives. Yayra Glover is the first to be allowed to sell his cocoa directly to customers and is even supported by the Cocoa Board.

The Suhum Kraboa Coaltar District is located on the southern edge of a large forest area, about 60 km north-west of the capital Accra, which lies directly on the coast. To the south is the coastal savannah, to the east the Aburi Hills and to the northwest the protected Attewa Forest. The whole district is hilly, with shallow valleys, rivers and streams running through it.

The Swiss Grand Cru Chocolate is processed into premium Chocolate with a delicate melt in the classic longitudinal chocolatiers Conchen.

Clement Chococult is a small manufactory in Bernried on Lake Starnberg, right next to the train station. You can look over the master's shoulder in the glass production area and taste and buy the bars and Pralines made with traditional craftsmanship on site.
