Pistachio nougat in 43% milk chocolate

Filled chocolate bars, along with pralines, are the specialty of the house. The chocolate is filled with pithy pistachio cream and won the gold medal in 2015 at the International Chocolate Awards  Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The 43% milk chocolate comes from Ghana in Africa.
