Cocoa varieties

Chocolate and cocoa - dark chocolate can be divided into three varieties of cocoa: the Criollo (Spanish. The native), the robust Forastereo (Spanish. The foreigner) and Trinitario, a cross that combines the best of both varieties. In our shop you will find chocolates made from all three varieties and blends, that is, mixtures of the varieties. Here, too, our chocolatiers are as creative as our colleagues in the whisky distillery. Try the three varieties deliberately side by side. You will be surprised by the different aroma and taste.
