The ORGANIC chocolate is produced from the bean to the cocoa bean (bean-to-bar) in the manufacture of Coppeneur manufactured.

The 75% Ghana dark chocolate BIO - dark chocolate is packed in black with a light pink label. The chocolate is vegan, gluten-free and nut-free.

In Bad Honnef he processes the cocoa beans into his Cru de Cao BIO chocolate series. The cocoa content ranges from 61% cocoa content to 100% pure cocoa mass without any added sugar.
