The ORGANIC chocolate is produced from the bean to the cocoa bean (bean-to-bar) in the manufacture of Coppeneur manufactured.

The 75% Indonesia dark chocolate BIO - dark chocolate is packed entirely in black with a light blue label.

In Indonesia, cocoa beans are often dried over fire because the climate there is very humid. This causes the smoky taste like the peat with whiskey.
