Single Origin Artisan Chocolate, cocoa beans of specific origin. The Nacional beans come from the Guayas province in the west on the Pacific coast of Ecuador.

Red Star Chocolate is what Duffy Sheardown calls his company. Before he discovered his passion for chocolate, he built Formula 1 racing cars. Today, he has devoted himself entirely to chocolate. His passion goes so far as to make chocolate from the cocoa bean to bar.

All ingredients are sustainably grown and hand processed in Lincolnshire.
