110g chocolate bar from Cremino in three layers according to the original recipe.

This fine Cremino bar consists of a layer of white chocolate with almond paste between two layers of gianduja with Piedmont hazelnuts.

The Cremini 1878 praline in bar form , a dream for every fan of the most typical and famous praline from Piedmont. The recipe for the cremini, bar and praline, is still the same as in 1878. The history of Venchi began with two bronze kettles, in which the founder and namesake Silvano Venchi developed his first own creations. And among these were the cremini, which became a huge success.

The hazelnuts used in the table are proven to come from Piedmont , just like all the hazelnuts processed at Venchi, and are allowed to carry the IGP suffix. IGP means, freely translated from Italian, something like "Protected Geographical Indication". The Piedmontese hazelnuts IGP are known for their outstanding properties: intense aroma in taste and smell, long shelf life and easy peelability . The hazelnuts owe their quality to their ideal location. On the slopes where the hazel bushes grow, the winters are mild and the soil is humid and warm.

In combination with high-quality chocolate and fine almonds , an incomparable chocolate bar is created.
