Chocaviar pralines 75% are dark pralines filled with dark ganache wrapped in chocaviar. The chocaviar is supposed to be reminiscent of real caviar and is produced in a complex process. Dark chocolate is stacked in several thin layers and then cut into fine pieces and rolled in dark chocolate made from Ecudor. The dark filled pralines are coated with the dried pieces and then packed. The Chocaviar pralines 75% are one of Venchi's most popular products. The Cubotto Chocaviar are gluten-free and packaged in a bag of 12 pieces .
