Chocolate caviar pralines with a caramel cream filling

Cream Brulé pralines wrapped with Chocaviar 75% are dark pralines filled with caramel creme ganache wrapped in chocaviar. The chocaviar consists of dark chocolate and has 75% cocoa content.

The chocolate caviar Chocaviar is made in a complex process. First, several layers of chocolate are placed on top of each other and then finely cut into small pieces. The chocolate pieces are dipped in dark chocolate, dried and used for sprinkling all Cubotti varieties.

12 pieces in the bag individually packed in red . The Cubotto Chocaviar Crème Brulée pralines are gluten-free.
