Chocolate caviar with hazelnut cream filling

Chocaviar Crème Cacao chocolates are dark pralines filled with gianduja ganache wrapped in chocaviar. The milk chocolate shell is filled with a Gianduja cream and coated with 75% chocaviar.

The Chocoviar is made in layers in a complex process. The layered chocolate is finely sliced and rolled in dark chocolate from Ecuador. The resulting caviar balls are the culmination of the 3 types of Cubotti Chocaviar. Cubotto Chocaviar Crème Cacao is gluten-free. The pralines are individually wrapped. Caution: risk of addiction!
