The Venchi Bars with whole hazelnuts from Piedmont are just the thing for lovers of whole nut chocolates . In this bar, the high-quality hazelnuts are coated in dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 56%. The intense taste of dark chocolate hits the sweet, mild note of roasted hazelnuts.

The hazelnuts in this table are proven to come from the Piedmont and are therefore allowed to carry the addition IGP , which means something like "protected geographical indication". The quality of hazelnuts from Piedmont is known worldwide. In Piedmont the hazelnuts grow under ideal conditions: moist and warm, but by no means acidic soils, mild winters in which the hazelnut bushes can bloom undisturbed. This is the only reason why Piedmont hazelnuts have such a unique taste and smell.

The Venchi company is constantly expanding and refining its range. Over 350 products the company offers today. It all started around 140 years ago when the then 20-year-old Silvano Venchi opened his chocolaterie in Turin.
