Yuzu, still unknown to most, has long since celebrated its entry into the star cuisine of this world. These small tennis ball-sized, yellow-golden citrus fruits are similar to small tangerines, common in Asia, but originated in China. Their aroma is pleasantly sweet-citrusy, they have a concentrated load of antioxidants and vitamin C. Pleasant fruity taste refined with a pinch of salt.
