Heather honey from Crete - all natural

Genuine, pure honey, natural, without additives, extracted by hand, not heated.

In theeast of Crete, in a remote region, the industrious bees collect the honey from the heather flowers (heather bushes). The bees are taken up into the mountains to the places where the heather grows so that they can collect as much of the nectar from the heather flowers as possible. This is the only way to produce the unique heather honey from Crete.

Honey consists of 20% water, 2-5% are vitamins, proteins, enzymes, minerals, pollen - the rest are carbohydrates (sugar).

The honey is viscous and soft; spicy, fruity with complex notes and a strong taste.
