Thyme honey from Crete - natural

Real, pure honey, natural, without admixtures, spun by hand, not warmed up.

In the east of Crete, in a remote region, the hardworking bees collect the honey from the thyme flowers. The bees are specially brought to the mountains to the places where thyme grows on mountain slopes, so that they can take as much as possible of the nectar from the thyme flowers. This is the only way to produce the unique thyme honey from Crete.

The thyme honey is slightly solid and tastes fine tart and not too strong, but spicy, fruity with a slight acidity.
