Pure cocoa powder with 22%-24% cocoa butter content, is weakly de-oiled. Packed is the pure cocoa powder in a pretty metal tin

Recipe recommendation from Venchi:

• 3 teaspoons of the cocoa powder
• 4 teaspoons of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of wheat flour

Mix everything together and pour slowly with a cup of milk or water & milk. Heat on the stove stirring constantly until the cocoa boils. It is best to whisk Hot Chocolate. Serve hot. Of course, you can change the quantities to your taste.
