Single Origin Artisan Chocolate , cocoa beans from a specific origin. The Nacional beans come from the province of Guayas in the West on the Pacific coast Ecuador.
Dark chocolate with 83% cocoa content. The cocoa beans from the Camino Verde project are roasted and then ground on stone for 60 hours. The chocolate has intense, warm notes of lemon, raisins and coffee.
