Xoco Criollo Beans Single Origin aus Nicaragua

Single Origin Chocolate , fair traded and organic. The Chuno Criollo beans from Nicaragua have a fine acidity and a complex profile of aromas: fresh hay, red fruit and roasted chestnuts in the finish. Ideal with whiskey, but the chocolate has a wonderful, delicate texture.

Red Star Chocolate is what Duffy Sheardown calls its company. Before he discovered his passion for chocolate, he built Formula 1 racing cars. Today he is completely committed to chocolate. His passion goes so far that he makes chocolate from the cocoa bean (bean to bar).

In 2011 Duffy's Honduras Indio Rojo 72% Criollo bar was awarded gold by the Academy of Chocolate in London.

All ingredients are sustainably grown and handcrafted in Lincolnshire.
