"Ocumare" Criollo 72% dark chocolate from Venezuela

Special chocolate with 72% cocoa content Single Origin Chocolate , Fair Trade and BIO. The Criollo Ocumare beans are "of certain origin" from Venezuela and are considered one of the best criollo varieties in the world.  

Limited edition of rare "Criollo" beans from the Ocumare Valley in Venezuela. The beans are small, thin-skinned and difficult to process. They will be handled carefully and gently during roasting and grinding. The end result is so luxurious and chocolaty.

Red Star Chocolate is what Duffy Sheardown calls its company. Before he discovered his passion for chocolate, he built Formula 1 racing cars. Today he is completely committed to chocolate. His passion goes so far that he makes chocolate from the cocoa bean (bean to bar).

All ingredients are sustainably grown and handcrafted in Lincolnshire. The chocolate is soy -free and gluten-free
