El Blanco -creamy white chocolate

White chocolate made from 36% chocolate

White chocolate made from Venezuelan cocoa with 36% cocoa butter.

The chocolate is made without lecithin and without vanilla and is conveniently packaged in a square, white box.

Willie Harcourt-Cooze buys his cocoa directly from the plantations and uses old machines to turn it into chocolate. He only uses raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter. It doesn't use soy lecithin or vanilla, nothing that gets in the way of the cocoa bean's aroma.

El Blanco 36% chocolate is made by Willie's Cacao in England.
