The cocoa beans for this chocolate come from Uganda from the Rwenzori Mountains, which run between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The highest mountains are over 5,000 meters high and covered with snow, which gave them the name "Mountains of the Moon".

The dark Bean-To-Bar chocolate with oatmeal instead of milk has only 60% cocoa content and pleasant notes of dark red fruits and roasted oatmeal, nuts and round chocolate notes.
