Fine Milk Chocolate 65% dark milk chocolate

This dark milk chocolate from Madagascar is wonderfully creamy. It is made from the cocoa bean to the bar in the country of origin and has less sugar than most 80% chocolates because the milk powder content is high.  

Only pure cocoa butter is used in chocolate, no extraneous fats or other additives. Did you know that cocoa contains more antioxidants than broccoli?

The cocoa butter content lowers the glycemic index and prevents the sugar contained in it from rising quickly. The chocolate is also vegetarian and gluten-free . The lecithin used was obtained from sunflowers and not from soy.

Enjoy the chocolate by letting it melt on your tongue piece by piece. Store the chocolate in a cool, dark place; neither in the refrigerator nor next to or in cupboards where, for example, spices or other strongly smelling things were stored.
