This 50% milk chocolate has been refined with candied orange peel and salted almonds. The chocolate has actually only been released as a limited edition. Agur calls the chocolate Fjelltur (Mountain Trip) and is inspired by the Norwegian Easter tradition of taking a trip to the mountains with oranges and milk chocolate in your luggage, because oranges are traditionally eaten by Norwegians at Easter.

The cocoa beans for the Organic chocolate come from Hispaniola (Eco Caribe) from the Dominican Republic and are among the best in the world. They are processed at Fjak in Norway into a Bean-To-Bar chocolate. The chocolate is gluten free.
