The milk chocolate with 45% cocoa content was refined with nibs and oak smoked salt. The cocoa comes from the Dominican Republic.

The chocolate is made in Norway by Agurtxane Concellon , one of the two founders and now the sole operator of the chocolaterie. The chocolate manufacturer produces all chocolates using the Bean-To-Bar process.
