Rugoso 70% creamy dark chocolate:
- a table where the cocoa was fermented as planned and
- a table where the cocoa was fermented differently than desired;

Madagascar 64% creamy dark chocolate
- a tablet was quickly dried and under the sun
- a table dried slowly and was repeatedly protected from the scorching sun;

Chuno 70% creamy dark chocolate
- a table was turned over twice during fermentation of the cocoa and
- a table on which the same cocoa was turned three times.
