Flødeboller are known in England as Walnut Whip. The ones from Mikkel Friis-Holm are really delicious! The base is made of thick marzipan, the velvety-soft egg white foam is refined with real vanilla and coated with his crunchy dark Chocolate. To top it all off, there is a decorated chocolate platelet on top (instead of a walnut). Fortunately, there are four of these delicious pieces in the box.

Made with Friis-Holm's own creation of 70% La Dalia Chocolate, Organic vanilla and high-quality marzipan for the base. The ultimate chocolate kiss, where all ingredients have been selected to provide the best taste experience: not sugary-sweet, but a clear and recognizable taste of the ingredients used to make it.
